My yorkie is 6 months old and sometimes when i come home from work i find him throwing up. I always watch him for an hour to make sure he stops but i don't see anything that comes out other than this liquid that looks like stomach acid. I'm very worried about him what should i do? The vet just told me to watch him and make sure he doesn't go for more than an hour.
