While the vet has issued a health clearance, most reputable breeders do not place Yorkies prior to 12 wks of age, and certainly not at 1lb 8wks of age.
You will need to do a lot to insure her safety and health in these early days, hypoglycemia in one this small is a real and present danger.

It really really is best if your breeder can keep her until she is older and weighs more.
