I am wondering what kind of water everyone gives their dogs. This may seem silly because most people probably use tap water, but I read somewhere that unfiltered tap water can kill a hamster over a short period of time. Does anyone know anything about this? Since some of our puppies are not much bigger than hamsters, lol, I was just wondering.

I did feed pedialyte when they were real young and I even bought that "special" water that tastes like beef, I forget what it's called. Now I give them filtered water when I am in the kitchen, but sometimes they may get unfiltered water when we are out.
