Just so you know, Motrin can be very dangerous to a dog. It can cause severe GI bleeds and/or death. The only anti inflammatory that should be given to a dog should be prescribed by a vet!!

And, always ask a vet about pain meds. Many of them do not prescribe them unless asked. For the life of me, I do not understand that; but it is very common. Have to wonder if these vets who don't prescribe would have their insides cut open and not take any pain meds.
