Any idea where I can find a cute collar to fit my 10 week old puppy? All of the pet stores, Target, Wal-Mart, etc start at small and they are much too big for Piper. I found a Lilly Pulitzer one on eBay but it got out of my price range. I have a harness but I don't like to leave it on her bc it bugs her. Putting it on and of each time we potty is annoying.
