Is there any action you can take against the breeder? Here it is illegal to sell a puppy under the age of 8 weeks old.

At 5 weeks old she can't eat solid food completely yet as her teeth are not developed. You can add some water to the kibble and let it set until it gets mushy and then mash it up for her. She should be able to eat this pretty good. Don't give her any milk unless it is a formula as it will mess up her digestive system and her bowels will get runny. You can add formula to her puppy mush as well.

Make sure she is eating every few hours. Make sure she stays warm. Make sure she is pottying regularly as well.
Do not give her nutrical unless you honestly believe she needs it. Giving nutrical on a daily basis can actually cause them to go into a sugar shock. It is only to be used when necessary. If she isn't eating then you can give it to her.
At this stage in her life she will sleep more than anything and she will tire quickly so keep her play time very short.

Do not let her around any other dogs and do not set her on grass or even the floor at the vet's office. At this age with no vaccinations she can easily catch something. 5 weeks is even too young to start vaccinations, they are started at 8 weeks old.

I'm sure she will be alright. Just make sure she is eating and potting regularly and is kept warm.
