I have a 5 year old female rescue yorkie, who has been with me for 3 years, and have just adopted a 6 year old female ex-breeding puppy mill girl who has been with me for 12 weeks.
Neither seems to want to be dominant, and they get along well. Not best buddies yet, its early days, but they seem happy together, and do sometimes snuggle up to sleep.
