My babies all love raw too!! My 3 lb. chihuahua used to be a picky eater and now she eats like a little lion. My only advice is that you transition it over by feeding more raw each day and less kibble and start with just chicken and then go on to other proteins that have more fat. I just switched cold turkey and all of mine had diarrhea for days, I was told that it was normal and they were detoxing, which might be true but dealing with 5 dogs with diarrhea for days was not fun!!
