That is too bad. Your baby just wanted to say HI! And yes the Beagle owner should have said something but then again maybe his dog isn't socialized since he was so quietly sitting. I admit when we are out I always talk to Mia and if I see a small person coming or strange dog I do pull away. Mia does not like little people but adores other dogs and after having seen a Westie mauled by a black lab when passing the yard I just don't easily trust. And it wasn't the labs fault, it was the owners by the way. But that is too bad I hope he got an extra treat or something because of his trauma. |
