I don't know anything about breeding and it sounds like you know less than I do so this should answer all of your questions about breeding your boy.
what possible reason would you want to participate in bringing more possibly genetically unhealthly puppies into the world when there are so many shelter dogs waiting for homes? And especially since you say the girl is a rescue, why would you take part in something like this? I hope that the owner of this little girl and you open your eyes to the "what if's" because that is all you have to go by.
