I am just curious to know what rescue she adopted this baby from. Do you know the name of the place? Reputable rescues adopt dogs out on a spay/neuter contract. Breeding of rescued animals is not allowed and if it is then I would have to say it is not a rescue shelter but more of a dog trafficking agency. If that is the case, then that is just too sad and sorry.
