Its very normal for dogs. I use to have a big Siberian Husky that was VERY afraid of thunderstorms. He use to jump on my lap cause he was so afraid...and boy, was he heavy! lol
Pasquale on the other hand doesnt mind them at all. In fact, i have to pull him away from the window when one passes.
