THAT is the difference here, a human can decide if they want to have a child.
A dog on the other hand cannot make decisions like this they only do what comes naturally.. you as the human have to make the decisions for them.
And as a responsible owner she should make the right decision and NOT breed her girl.. she is far too small.
Breeding small dogs like this has been proven to cause complications so why would you want to put an animal which you are suposed to love through that? Does she understand that this could be fatal for her girl?
If I had an under sized girl I would be using the WHAT IF senario because I wouldnt want to risk loosing my girl!!
