I agree! Before my yorkie had all her puppy shots, I was sitting at the vet waiting her turn, and a man "carried" his dog over and his dog immediately started sniffing Zoe. I tried to keep the other dog away. Within a minute or so the nurse came over with his prescriptions (his dog was being treated for vomiting and diahrrea). I was upset and told the vet what had happened. She said the other dog wasn't contagious but it made her mad when people did that...especially since she had signs posted asking people not to do that. But she said some just don't pay attention to the rules no matter how hard she tries. It wasn't her fault and I did't hold it against her but some people are just rude.
