When did your girl have her c-section? At times girls take a couple of days to shake the after affects of anesthesia. There is a whelping pudding recipe posted in this section as a sticky. Scramble your girl an egg. You may have to take to spoon feeding your girl, not uncommon after a whelp with some girls. However, with the diarreah I'd contact your vet.

As far as the pup, the closest things to mother's milk is Goat's Milk, mixed with equal parts of distilled water and a bit of Karo Syrup.
