A really tough rubber bone (which I can't find anywhere anymore)
She has had it about a yr, and just recently broke the squeaker. I stopped wasting money on toys for her long ago, because she destroys everything within minutes! I want her to have toys so bad, just can't find anything that will be suitable for her.
