The only other thing you need is to prepare a quiet place for him. Your toughest assignment after neuter is keeping them calm and quiet when all they want to do is run and play. Keep him in a pen, or crate. If you could be there to keep him quiet all day and night for a few days, that would be great for him. Otherwise, keep him crated or penned up. Sucks, but you don't want to risk him hurting himself.

I'll keep both Miloh and Rocco in my prayers for a safe uneventful day.
Thanks DvlshAngel985! I called the Animal clinic a few minutes ago and they said they don't have a vet tech on duty overnight. The receptionist said I can take Miloh home the same day but they usually advice he stays overnight to make sure he gets his rest. I rather bring him home than have a sleepless night. I will certainly keep him crated, I am sure he will be up and running in less than a day. Thanks for all your advice!
