God bless them for saving her! Years ago, my son was throwing away his lunch trash in a dumpster at a city lake and heard a noise inside. When he looked inside there were two baby Border Collies. He, naturally, jumped right in there and rescued both of them and took them back to work with him. All these years later, Missy, our grandpup, has lived a life that any Yorkie would envy and she is so old now she can barely get around. She is the smartest dog I have encountered in my life and my son loves her as much as either of his daughters! You just never know what reward lies in a small act of compassion!
