"she pushed the pups away cuz she knew something was wrong with them"....??? Your mistaken!!!! This was her first time and she didnt know what to do. My girl had pups the same day as yours....I had to tear open the sacks of both of them, clear their airways, clamp and cut cords, etc. and both survived and are healthy. They had a vet check this morning. Not all dams are going to do it. Are you sure you talked to a vet???? you probably talked to someone who answered the phone.
For anyone unexperienced reading this....dont ever let a puppy drown in its own sack. This could have been prevented.
