That makes it all the sadder - that one ignorant dog owner has affected the enjoyment that you and Willie take in socializing. Regardless of what the owner said - I'm sure it wasn't the first time her dog was ill behaved off leash. It should never have happened in the first place. I sure hope Willie can get past it!
