"Teacup" is a dirty word.
There are no teacups, they are just Yorkies! Some are just smaller than standard. Not likely you will find a puppy for $250. or less. Don't pay too little up front and wind up paying huge veterinary bills instead. It's sort of the pay me now or pay them later.
