I don't know if she will outgrow it, but it sounds pretty typical behavior for a Yorkie. My boys have separation anxiety also, but it has gotten better over the years. For awhile, during the teething stage they destroyed everything, chewed everything and put holes in my walls. I wish I had an X-pen to keep them in when I went to work, it would have kept them from the walls, baseboards, cabinets, etc... I highly suggest you get one to keep your baby in when you need to go back to work. I also put a radio on for my boys during the day and that seemed to help a lot because they were written up by my condo association 2x when they were pups for barking when I was at work. A neighbor told me to try the radio and they never got written up again!
