And HOA fees and taxes, etc . . .thing I don't like about a lot of properties I've seen is deed restrictions and HOA fees, etc etc . . .You gotta see the number of foreclosed properties down there . .. you can get a 3/2 for as little as $75k some even have an enclosed in-ground pool . .in a good neighborhood outside of Orlando. . .
We were looking into the Minneola/Clermont and Groveland areas . . .but everything is foreclosure and/or short sales . . .it's amazing really . . .
