I agree with others who have said she's probably just too young still. You can try a technique called "loading" to see if it helps. Sit in front of her with some treats. Call her name- "Zoi". If she looks at you, give her the treat. Keep repeating this until every time you say it, she looks for the treat. Once you are at that point, you can start moving away from her a little and waiting for her to look away before calling her. If she looks at you, treat her again.
She'll learn the sound of her name means good things quickly.
