The problem could be the name or training/how you use it. Sometimes a dog will respond better to one name or another. Ideally, names should be 2 syllables and not sound like typical command words.

The other possibility is how you are using the name. Sometimes if you only link the name to commands, "Zoi come, Zoi sit, Zoi no," the dog won't make the connection that Zoi is her name. Make sure you say her name when you are simply giving her attention and when you praise her. For instance, when you are petting her, say "Zoi, what a good girl. My sweet Zoi," and so on.
