My little one, a few days shy of 9 months, has always had stomach problems. I bought probiotics from PetSmart. A friend of mine recommended it since she gave her baby probiotics when she has stomach problems. It comes in capsule form and I just open it up and sprinkle on his food. It has been about 4 weeks now and all of his problems went away (vomiting, diarrhea), and he used to have them almost every other week. If she's dehydrated, give her pedialite. Hope this helps.
