Her food was Royal Canin dry, and that's what she was eating when she started the tummy problems, breeder fed that and we didn't change her diet at all. We switched to Purina EN canned as a bland diet when the stomach trouble started, and have been on it for about 5 days for her tummy problem. she has tolerated that well until just now. She is very hungry!
I'll check her teeth, although the breeder said she had remaining baby teeth pulled and should have all adult teeth - but that's a GREAT idea and I'll check them! Could be another tooth issue maybe?
her stools are normal, solid. But now that you mention it, maybe too hard, and maybe she needs more water even though her pee is good?
The vet gave the antibiotic thinking it might be a stomach bug. He also gave carafate to coat the GI tract, and recommended pepcid 2.5mg twice a day - she just finished all of that yesterday, and the vomit was 4 hours after her bland diet breakfast today - it was only a portion of the food undigested. I started this last Friday and Saturday with 6 small feedings, then 5 Sunday, 4 Monday and Tuesday, and was trying for 3 today (total of 1 cup of food - she is 8lbs.)
