What food did the breeder (where she had no tummy issues) have her on? And, did you change the food 7wks ago when you got her?
Did you look at her teeth? Has she been teething at all, this whole time? A teething dog's entire digestive tract can become very acidic - and a pup may even have some nausea/diarrhea during teething.
Does her poo look "normal"? What was the antibiotic given for? Also, are you saying she is trying to poo at times, and then is unable to go at all? (ie, when the boy comes over, interrupts her etc)
Stress has a big effect on the GI system in general...but it seems there may be more going on here....
