I now live in a suburb and i hate it the local mini mart sort of place has a metal rack outside the door with hooks so you can hook your dog to it. i have drove passed and seen all sorts of dogs in all sorts of weather last winter there was a dog locked in the phone booth someone had put it in there went shopping and when they came out the snow had gotten to deep to get it out.
when i lived in the city i could not tie my dog up in the front yard for fear of someone stealing him.
