wow I haven't read that, I have seen some get rid of dogs and add new ones. I don't think it's right. I've seen some say they didn't work out and they went to a GREAT HOME. That is nice but to me it is just an excuse for them to not feel bad about getting rid of dogs. It personally drives me crazy.
