I also think that there alot of dogs a=in shelters and its really sad but i have had my very bad experieces with shelters and i now just went to abreeder and got the dog i wanted. I got two dogs from the shelters and they both had Parvo and died......they were sick when i got them. Im not mad at the dogs but the shelters do not screen and do what needs to be done with these poor animals. I personally dont like seeing a dog lie there vomiting and haveing diarreah when you becaome soo close to it it about makes you want to go beat some A$$....I agree that there are alot of dogs out there that should be loved and taken home but with my experience i have found its too heartbreaking and so terrible, selfish as it may appear...i will not go throgh all that again. I may be shunned on this board but thats how it is!!!!
