no this was not his first time i groomed him. the lady i got him from said she always took him to the groomers to bathe him and groom him, i asked her if she ever groomed him and she said yes but then she got into a accident and she couldnt care for him anymore thats why she gave him to me. I asked if he ever snapped at her she said only when he was mad at her. I dont know if it was something she done but theis was the first time he done it to me.
