TOTW is an All Life Stages food, so it should be fine for your puppy if he has no other health problems. My little Tate grew up on TOTW and he's now a healthy, beautiful 4 1/4 pound man.
I've since switched food and am now feeding Acana, but TOTW is a good quality food IMO.
