I only have a female right now and I would agree that she follows me everywhere, wants to play "ball mostly", and loves me. However, she does have an independent side too and while she likes to be around me, she doesn't necessarily want to be held all the time. Next year I would like to get another Yorkie and after having this discussion (even though I was leaning towards getting a girl, I might get a boy) My only concern with a boy was house training issues, are they really harder to train or about the same? And by the way Melissa, you have such beautiful Biewer dogs at Kissa's Yorkies & Biewers. The article on your website was very informative, as well. Thank you. I'm sure I will love either a boy or a girl, they are just such lovable dogs anyway
