Actually, I don't like kim chi. I don't think it's sour enough! It's just spicy, that's all I taste. I like my taiwanese pickled veggies better. Mmmm, in congee with pork and 1000 year old egg and all the pickled cucumbers and mustard greens and green onions/ginger. A little dried shredded pork and sessame oil on top, yum! Oh and yams in there sometimes too! Funny I used to hate eating congee when I was a kid, I guess bc you had to eat it when you were sick, and you got it plain, no toppings! Just plain old rice porridge, yuck.
