Is there a reason you want papers? If you want to show or breed, you really should wait for a breeding pair that is AKC registered. They keep better records that you could search through, you know for a fact your dogs are purebred, and it would be easier to check out their background to make sure you will have healthy puppies. Don't waste your money on the CKC, they'll register a build-a-bear yorkie as long as you send a picture and have witnesses.
