I think RachelandSadie have a good point.

I forgot about the shipping thing. Good breeders only ship if its a neccessity... (and by that I mean if there are no breeders in your area, and have already approved you, my breeder ships to Newfoundland if the family comes and visits her place and gives a mile long list of references)

I would also ask her what her requirements are for buyers... if she doesn't have any sort of a checklist or things she looks for in a buyer... another red flag..
