I feed NOW! puppy and love it... I wouldn't switch, Harley is 3-3.5lbs and poos at least 3 times a day, more so when we walk outside ( I think he just likes to poo outside, he's grid trained).
I think you may be giving too much, check the bag. I feed Harley 1/4 cup a day, free feed, and he doesn't even eat all of that every day.
