Neither do I but have read other experiences on YT and they were about altered dogs trying to tie.
Make sure that you do not leave her with your males while you are not home or able to constantly supervise them at all times. I'm so sorry that this is happening. Is she bleeding that much? How big is she? I have a few diapers that I could send you if you would like them. Pebbles is around 11 lbs so she is a big girl. I bought them not for heats but for a peeing in the house problem that we have since cured. They have never been used.
