Lethargy in an active dog that persists is a warning sign. at the vets request a full blood panel to be done. If you can bring in a stool sample.
If he hasn't been BAT tested request this to be done. And I know we have a time difference but I'd feed him only very lightly tonight, but provide plenty of water.
