After reading that entire article, I've decided on PetPlan. I had been leaning towards them since the beginning and after reading all Dr. Terifaj has had to say and all the research they've done, I'm pleased with my choice. I'm still going to call and talk to them, find out some of my own questions. But, essentually, I'm going to pray that I pay the money out of pocket every month and never have to use it.
