Yes, a lot of the passengers dress up for Halloween night They have a big "halloween bash" and they do have a contest for best costume.
OK - on the dress in the suitcase. I actually take two Southern Belle dresses with me. They hang up in a hanging suitcase along with my other evening dresses, Bruce's tuxedo and his civil war costume.
The secret it (and don't tell Sugarmamma
) but the hoop is separate from the dress and it folds down - just like those sunshades they make for car windows, you twist them and fold them down.
