 Why not PM instead?
I've been a member of YT longer than I have been active. I mostly read posts while also trying to remain active and supportive to YT lovers. One thing I see repeatedly is that diversity is no accepted by some members. It would be nice to see those that disagree still respect one another. Instead of trying to change or instill their beliefs on the other. Things get intense without justification. I see the same members at odds on 'sensitive' issues that end up getting off topic rather frequently and find it interesting how much 'fire' still gets started. Because so much back and forth goes on and I find that sad for the original poster. It would be nice if PMs would be exchanged instead. I am not siding with either, but it gets frustrating when some of us that don't post often share our heartfelt experience pertaining to the original topic and than several pages later it gets lost. It discourages me from posting and then reading.
I can be guilty in getting caught up in the heat of a topic. I too would like to remind myself ot take it up on PM.
