I don't think it's safe to Breed such small dogs? Have you spoken to your Vet.?
Your Female sounds like she would have problems carrying and giving birth to a full litter? She could have complications? Usually the female is larger than the male. Besides Breeding is very complicated it's not just based on size. Not to sound negative, there is just alot of responsibility involved. I would let the 2 of them interact and work it out themselves. I have a 1 year and 3 month old male and just this past Monday I got a 7 week old female the first day was rough but now they're fine. I trust my male completely! They need to socialize together especially since they're in the same house. Good Luck!
