The 911 operator should probably have just connected you to the local police right?!
Don't some states have laws that you CAN'T leave your dog in the car? Or county laws? I see a sign in our Giant grocery store about it that popped up this summer so I'll have to see if it's a law or just a caution to people.
Any chance you got his license plate? You could call it in to animal control. |
