What a flippin' JERK! I hatteeee seeing dogs locked in hot cars. Totally uncalled for.
: Some people just don't look at their dogs like we do, I guess. So many dogs have been dying this year because of heatstroke/being locked in cars. I would think Animal Control would be able to handle a situation such as that better than the police dept.
