Bailey is trained to potty outside - however, I keep a pad down for when we're at work - she will use it only when we're gone.

I try to get her to use the pee pad when its raining or real cold outside - but she refuses. As long as we're home, she'll hold it during bad weather - despite my desperate pleas.
