My Floormate arrived late yesterday afternoon. I just put it together and did a small area. The mop part picked up wayyyyy too much dirty water, but I think my regular vacuum (also a Hoover) does a much better job vacuuming. Does anyone use the Floormate just for mopping?
I didn't know there were attachments!! I just found out the the floormate is too wide to get in beside and behind my toilets.
The ad I ordered from said I was supposed to get a free hand-held unit ($90 value) but it wasn't in with my order yesterday.
I emailed Hoover to see when it would be arriving. Maybe that's all I need to get behind the toilets and get to other small spaces?
I've got to get back to using it....just taking a little break.
I'll let you know how I like it in a bit.
