Max looks like he's gonna give Cooper a run for his money! I wouldn't worry about the biting
Cooper is just trying to teach Max the ropes. Adult dogs help teach pups. When my aunt on dads side got a little Yorkie pup, Jackson would nip at him if the pup did something rude, or whatever.
