Plan to get there a little before 9:00 so you don't have to park as far. The location is in a warehouse/business area - parking is in the adjacent business' lots. Also the grassy area where the cooling pools are gets pretty mushy as the day progresses. Also since this is your first year attending, you want to give yourself plenty of time to see/participate before it gets unbearable.
